Add the chat to WooCommerce
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

- WooCommerce runs on WordPress. In your dashboard here, open Install and click Download WordPress plugin.
- In your WordPress admin go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip file and click Install Now.
- Click Activate. The chat button appears on your store pages. Nothing else to set.
- Prefer code? Install a header and footer plugin such as WPCode and paste the line into its Footer box instead.
Use either the plugin or the footer line, not both, so the chat button does not load twice.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
