Your data stays yours
- Your pages, files, notes, chats and leads are used only to answer visitors on your website and to show you your dashboard.
- We do not use your content or your visitors' chats to train AI models, and we never sell data or use it for advertising.
- Each answer sends only the question and the few most relevant snippets of your content to the AI provider that writes the reply.
- Export your leads as a spreadsheet any time. Delete a chatbot and its pages, conversations and leads are deleted with it.
How it is protected
- Every page, the chat window and the API are served over HTTPS (encrypted in transit).
- No passwords to steal: you sign in with a one-time email link. Sessions use secure, HTTP-only cookies.
- Team logins: staff get their own sign-in; only the owner can change billing, the team or API keys, and removing someone signs them out at once.
- API keys are stored only as a fingerprint (a one-way hash), so even we can't read them back. Webhooks are signed so your system can check they came from us.
- Payments run on Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
- Optional domain lock: the chat only loads on the websites you list, so nobody can copy your code onto theirs.
- Rate limits and spam traps on the chat, lead forms and sign-in stop abuse and runaway costs.
What we don't claim
We are a small, self-serve service. We do not have SOC 2 or HIPAA certification, so please don't use the chatbot to collect medical records, card numbers or other sensitive personal data.
