Privacy policy

We collect: your account email; the website content you ask us to read; chat conversations on your site; and contact details visitors choose to leave. We use them only to run the service for you.

Visitors to your site

The chat stores a random visitor ID in the browser so a conversation continues across pages. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. Leads belong to you.

Processors

Stripe (payments), Brevo (email), Railway (hosting), and AI model providers that process message text to write replies. Message text is not used by us to train AI models.

Deletion

Delete a chatbot from Settings and its pages, conversations and leads are deleted. Email info@ratiovisuals.net to delete your account.
