Can it answer my phone too?
Yes, with our sister product AI Phone Front Desk. Connect the two and they share one set of answers and one leads list, the chat can offer "Text me" or "Call me back", and you get one combined report. Together they cost $139 a month instead of $178.
Will it make things up?
It is told to answer only from your website, your files and your notes, and to say "I'm not sure" otherwise. You can see every conversation, and every question it could not answer lands on a list for you to answer once. Like any AI it can still get something wrong, which is why the chat says that answers come from AI.
What happens to my leads?
Each lead (name, phone or email, and the conversation) is emailed to you the moment it comes in and kept in your dashboard, where you can export a spreadsheet. On Business and Agency plans you can also get a text.
My site was built on Wix (or Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy). Does it work?
Yes. You paste one line into the site builder's custom code box; we have step-by-step guides for each. On WordPress you can upload our plugin instead. Some sites build their pages with JavaScript and are hard to read; if yours is one, the preview shows it and you can add your FAQs or a PDF instead.
What counts as a reply?
Each answer the AI writes is one reply. Your visitors' messages, the greeting, lead forms and your own replies are free. If you run out, the chat keeps taking messages and you can add more replies or move up a plan.
Does it say it is a robot?
Yes. The chat window says "AI assistant", and if a visitor asks, it says so. It never pretends to be a person, and any visitor can ask for a real one.
How do I cancel?
From Billing in your dashboard, in two clicks. Within 7 days of paying you get a full refund automatically. After that, it runs to the end of the month you paid for.
