How the AI works

The assistant answers from a fact sheet and the pages, files and notes of the business whose website you are on. It is told to say when it is not sure and never to claim to be a person.

Replies are written by a large language model (currently GPT-6 Luna via kie.ai, with Anthropic Claude as a fallback). Each answer can show the page it came from.

If you share your name, phone or email in the chat, it is passed to that business so they can contact you. Ask for a person at any time.
