AI Chat Front Desk is operated by Ratio Visuals LLC ("we"). By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

We read the website content, files and notes you provide and use them to answer your website visitors with an AI assistant. You are responsible for that content being yours to use and accurate. AI answers can be wrong; the chat window tells visitors so.

Billing

Plans renew monthly or yearly until canceled. Cancel any time from Billing; service continues to the end of the paid period. Within 7 days of a first payment you can cancel with a full automatic refund. Extra reply packs are non-refundable once used. If you turn on automatic top-up, each time your monthly replies run out we charge your card on file $15 for 2,000 more replies, no more often than the monthly limit you choose, and email a receipt; turn it off any time on Billing.

Acceptable use

No use for illegal products, adult content, medical diagnosis, or to mislead visitors. We may suspend bots that receive abusive traffic.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.
