Add the chat to Magento / Adobe Commerce
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

- In the Admin, go to Content → Design → Configuration.
- Click Edit on the row for your store view (or on Global to cover every store view).
- Expand Other Settings, then Footer, and paste the line into Miscellaneous HTML.
- Click Save Configuration. If Magento shows a message that caches are invalid, refresh them from System → Cache Management.
- Open your storefront to see the chat button.
Adobe says scripts in this field must be allowed in your Content Security Policy settings or they will not run on checkout pages.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
