Add the chat to Jimdo
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Jimdo
- In your Jimdo dashboard, open Projects, pick your site and click Actions → Edit.
- Open the Menu on the left and go to Settings → Edit Head.
- Paste the line into the head box, below anything already there, and click Save.
- Open your live site in a private window to see the chat button.
Needs a Jimdo editor and plan that allow custom code; free plans do not. Or add a Widget / HTML element in a section that repeats on every page and paste the line there.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
