Add the chat to Carrd
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Carrd
- In the Carrd editor, click Add Element, then choose Embed.
- Set Type to Code and paste the line into the Code box. Script tags are accepted there.
- Set Style to Hidden and choose Body End for the location.
- Publish your site. The embed shows nothing in the editor, so check the live page for the chat button.
Embed elements need a Carrd Pro Standard plan or higher.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
