Add the chat to Google Tag Manager

Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Google Tag Manager

1. In Tag Manager, create a new tag of type Custom HTML.
2. Paste the line, set the trigger to All Pages.
3. Save, then Submit and publish the container.

Check it works

Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
