Add the chat to Joomla
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Joomla
- In Joomla administrator, go to System, then Site Templates, and click Create Child Template next to your template if you have not made one. A child template keeps your edit through updates.
- Open your template and choose Details and Files, then edit
index.php(copy it from the parent into the child first if the child does not have one). - Paste the line just above
</body>and click Save. - Clear the Joomla cache and any cache plugin, then open your site to see the chat button.
Template or Joomla updates can replace index.php. Re-check that the chat button still shows after each update.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
