Add the chat to HubSpot CMS
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

- In HubSpot, click the Settings gear icon, then go to Content → Pages in the left sidebar.
- Open the domain dropdown and pick Default settings for all domains, or pick your own domain.
- If you picked one domain, click Override default settings in the Site Footer HTML section.
- Paste the line into the Site Footer HTML box and click Save in the bottom left.
You need the Website settings permission. This covers pages hosted by HubSpot only, not a site on another platform.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
