Add the chat to Framer
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Framer
- In your Framer project, open Project Settings and choose the Custom Code tab.
- Click Add Script (or the + icon if you already have scripts) and name it "Website chat".
- Set the placement to the end of the
<body>tag and paste the line, including its<script>tags. - Leave the page selection empty so it covers the whole site, and set it to run Once.
- Click Publish. Custom code does not show in the canvas preview, so check your live site.
Third-party guides say custom code needs a paid Framer site plan. Check your plan if the Custom Code tab is missing or locked.
These steps are written from each platform's own help pages. Menu names change, and the guides have not been tested on a live site on every platform. If a step does not match what you see, use "Email it to my web person" in your dashboard.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
