Add the chat to Squarespace

Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Squarespace

1. Open Settings → Advanced → Code Injection (in 7.1: Website → Pages → Custom Code → Code Injection).
2. Paste the line into the Footer box.
3. Click Save. The chat appears on every page.

Code Injection is available on Business and Commerce plans.

Check it works

Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
