Add the chat to Shopify
Your chatbot is one line of code. Copy yours from Install in your dashboard; it looks like this:

Shopify
- In Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes, click … → Edit code on your live theme.
- Open layout/theme.liquid and paste the line just above
</body>. - Click Save. Visit your store to see the chat button.
Theme updates can replace theme.liquid; check the chat is still there after updating your theme.
Check it works
Open your website in a private window. The chat button sits in the bottom corner. Your dashboard's Today page shows "Installed" once the first visitor loads it.
